At the Helm

@theHelm.org is the online literary magazine for Perry Harrison School students. With @theHelm.org, all PHS students in grades PreK-8 can share their stories, poems and book/movie reviews with their friends and families.

How do I submit a story or poem to @theHelm?
It's easy to send us your writing—get started by clicking the Submit to @theHelm! link in the left-hand menu. We'll read your submission and will let you know if we can publish it. [There are also Submission Instructions available on the site.]

How do I read stories and poems published by other students?
If you want to read stories and poems published by Perry Harrison students, simply click the View stories and poems link in the left-hand column. From there, you can view writing from students at all grade levels. Right now, we don't have a lot of new stories or poems on the website—we're waiting for more submissions for the 2009-2010 school year—but, you can see stories and poems from previous years by clicking on the Spring 2009 Archives and Spring 2008 Archives links.
